Please include the page address, the sentence in question and the paper or public notice that supports the correction. A broken link or a page that fails on a particular device is useful to report as well.
A claim can be reconsidered against its source. This address cannot interpret a blood test, assess symptoms, arrange treatment or locate a product. Personal medical records are unnecessary for an editorial correction, so please leave them out.
